George Kwasi Afriyie, former Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, has indirectly educated the general public that certain provisions within FIFA cannot be modified.
He explained that the current GFA President, Kurt Okraku, had proposed an amendment to FIFA, but George believes it to be insignificant due to the existence of unchangeable provisions.
He stated, “In FIFA, it is clear there are mandatory provisions that you can not alter, provisions that you can not amend”
According to George, FIFA has mandatory provisions that cannot be altered or amended. However, he mentioned that the present situation can still be influenced by various issues, rules, and regulations set by individual association members.
