This endorsement of Ofosu-Ampofo’s Chairmanship by H.E John Mahama comes crashing a rather cynical agenda by some individuals who seek to divide the front by casting all kinds of insinuations to create a wedge between the two. This statement is an indication that, the two have been working together harmoniously from the very beginning and continue to enjoy good working relations as they work towards securing victory in 2024 general elections.
Under the leadership of Chairman Ofosu-Ampofo, the NDC in the last 2-3 years has witnessed unity especially among the top brass of the party, this unity was taken to the next level when Chairman Ofosu-Ampofo brought all the flagbearer aspirants in the NDC together to pledge allegiance and support for H. E John Dramani Mahama prior to the 2020 elections which ultimately culminated into the massive performance of the party in the 2024 elections with huge appreciation in numbers of votes and parliamentary seats.
