Marwako restaurant supervisor, Jihad Chaaban has been granted bail by the magistrate court following his remand last Wednesday, March 8.

Presiding judge, Victoria Ghansah granted a bail to the sum of GH20,000 with two sureties.
She further adjourned the case to March 20, 2017, to allow the victim, Evelyn Aboagye to be cross-examined.
Jihad is also expected as part of his bail conditions, to report at the Tesano district police station every Tuesday and Friday.
The accused, Jihad Chaaban dipped the face of a kitchen staffer Evelyn Boakye at the Abelemkpe branch of the eatery into pepper paste.
This inhumane treatment has caused many social media users in Ghana calling for the boycott of the Marwako restaurant.
