The National Chairman of the NDC Hon Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has charged NDC executives and supporters in the Ashanti Region and across the country to work together as a team to create the needed synergy required to realize the ultimate goal of the NDC party which is capturing power in 2024.
Speaking as a guest speaker at the post election conference for the Organisation Department in Kumasi. Chairman Ampofo expressed delight for the show of commitment and hardwork by executives and supporters of the party in the region during the 2020 elections and encouraged them to work harder as a team for the next task ahead.
According to him working together is more effective than working individually ..” synergy in politics, 2 + 2 is not 4 , it’s 5, and like the saying goes .. the sum of the whole is better than the total sum”
He also spoke about reward regime for the many sacrifices of party supporters and executives and admonished constituency executives to identify and recognise contributions individuals make to the parrty..according to him … such individuals are well deserving of rewards on earth before they go for their second reward in heaven.
“I have told you and everywhere i go to get me names of those who are helping our party so I can call them and thank them personally and assure them that their reward will be here before they go to heaven.”
