The Controversial Ghanaian marriage counselor Cyril George Carstesen Lutterodt , has gone hard on women who cook for their husbands to eat without being given “chop money”.
Joining the conversation on a question “whose sole responsibility is it to be giving chop money?”on AhotorMmre on Ahotor92.3fm with Agyewodin Akosua Sakyibea, counselor Lutterodt known for his contentiousness has described women who serve husbands with food when not given “chop money “ are “Fools”.
He said it with no regrets because he says marriage is not democracy but theocracy following the order and therefore men must provide chop money.
On the big question on the show this morning as to whether a man must be furious at his wife for not preparing his preferred meal while he didn’t give money for it.
Counselor Lutterodt in disagreement says “no man from a good home tells his wife what he will like to eat whether banku, rice or etc. The wife is the dietician, homemaker and gives the man what to eat , so if a woman who also asks his husband hiswifel is also not from a good home”.
