Medeama SC have secured the services of Zimbabwean international Kudakwashe Mahachi on a one year deal ahead of the upcoming season.
Medeama SC is bolstering its squad in preparation for their debut in the CAF Champions League, set to kick off later this month.
Kudakwashe Mahachi’s journey to Medeama follows his release from the South African Premier League side in July 2022, a period marked by legal issues back in Zimbabwe.
Kudakwashe Mahachi has joined the Ghanaian champions on a one-year renewable contract, arriving on a free transfer after his departure from South African club SuperSport United.
Before his time at SuperSport United, Mahachi showcased his skills at clubs like Orlando Pirates, Golden Arrows, and Mamelodi Sundowns in the South African elite league. Throughout his tenure, he accumulated 153 appearances in the South African Premier League, contributing with 20 goals and 19 assists.
Kudakwashe Mahachi was also a member of the Warriors squad that competed in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
