Management and staff of Universal Multimedia Company Limited paid a courtesy call on Dr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo as she mark his 61st birthday on Friday 10th March, 2023.
The Team presented a humper and other assorted items to Mr. Ofosu-Ampofo as a sign of recognition to the fatherly love he has shown to staff and management of both Radio 1 and Ahotor Fm.
Presenting the gifts to Dr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, Assistant Human Resource Manager ( HR) Madam Jacinta Sulemana said the team acknowledge the love and affection constantly shown by the CEO of Ahotor FM, Dr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo as well as the immense contributions and associate kindness as well as affability that he is noted for by all and sundry.
In a brief remark, a cheerful and delightful Dr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo similarly express surprise and stated that he least expected the present from the team and went ahead to thank the management and staffs for delivering what he posits as a satisfactory birthday token to him in his residence.
Meanwhile one of Ghana’s fast growing mobile telephony network with the largest subscribers in the country, MTN Ghana also presented a parcel to Dr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo and express delight to share in his birthday.
On his part Dr. Ofosu-Ampofo thanked MTN for the yearly gesture on his birthdays and remarked that haven’t been a loyal user of MTN products for over twenty four years (24 years) and still counting, the honour is appropriately served well. This was after an emissary from the mobile Network submitted the package on behalf of the Company. He use the occasion to appeal to MTN Ghana to establish a philanthropic monument in his mother’s hometown in the Eastern region as he preparing for the final funeral rites of his mother Mary Gyawubea Badu who kicked the bucket in 2022.
The funeral for his late Mother is slated between March and April 2023 at Koforidua also in the Eastern region.
