Just as everyone was born once upon a time in history. Days goes by ,weeks, month, year and years we grow and soon our titles change from child to adult.
To some, it has only been the favor of God taking them through.
Such has been the story of the National Chairman of the NDC Hon. Dr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo.
About years ago, this great man was born to the Nation Ghana in the Eastern part of the country.
This great man has lived his live in the ministry of God and in the Ghanaian politics.
Today March 10th,2022 marks exactly 60 years of his existence on earth, to the Family, the NDC Party, to staff of Ahotor 92.3 FM and to all whom in a way or the other matters to him.
Universal multimedia (AHOTOR 92.3FM AND RADIO 100.7) took to celebrate him and
the ceremony was marked with live worship with which saw great worshipers such as Uncle Ato, Bernice Ansah Jack Alolomi and Prosper Ntoso.
It was graced by some gurus in the NDC party such as the 2020 running mate Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman, National Vice Chairman Moses Mabengba, National Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketiah and his two deputies Peter Boamah Otukonor and Barbara Serwaa Asamoah,Director of Elections for the NDC, Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah many others important persons.
Mounting the stage with his speech, the honorable Chairman Dr. Ofosu Ampofo took to thank God for the far he has brought him in his life as one person and the other life in the political world.
According to him the only great gift someone could give him on his 60th celebration is to lead him say thank you to God and that’s exactly what he got.
He also showed appreciation to the people who has in anyway contributed in making him who he is today and to those who made his celebration possible.
‘’ all I wanted today is to feel Gods presence and say thank you to him and that’s exactly what I have gotten ,I really thank God ,and thank you to my family, the Ndc and all who played role in diverse way to see today I say thank you”’ he said
The Chairman’s celebration has on many occasions been celebrated with widows and orphans, as it took a different dimension this year, they were not be left out, he mentioned that a fund will be launched to help such people as long as God keeps him going.
On the political front, he mentioned that the NDC will never plan nor lead any group for coup so Nana Addo should not panic but instead enjoy his years left because Ghanaians will expose him to failure by the use of the tomb in the 2024 general elections.
He also assured that the NDC lead by Jonh Dramani Mahama and Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman will surely continue God’s plan for the Nation come 2024.
