The National Chairman of the NDC, Hon. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has eulogised the colossus of law, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata during the NDC’s Annual Lawyers Conference in Ada over the weekend. He singled out Mr.Tsikata for a praise for his dedication and passion towards the NDC for several years.
Speaking as a guest speaker for the occasion under the theme ” Roadmap to victory 2024, the role of the NDC lawyer” Chairman Ampofo praised the lawyers present for their numerous roles and presented certificates of appreciation for their immense contributions towards the party over the years especially before, during and after the 2020 elections.
Chairman Ofosu-Ampofo then took the occasion to eulogies Mr. Tsikata Tsikata for his many sacrifices towards the NDC over the years, according to him, Mr. Tsikata has always been there for party and has always responded to the party’s call whenever the need arisen and continues to do so.
“He’s not here but Mr Tsatsu Tsikata has been there for us anytime that the need arises , so I want to use this opportunity on behalf of the party to salute him and thank him for all that he has done for the party…”
This was followed by a thunderous applause from the lawyers present, even though Mr. Tsikata couldn’t make it to the conference, Chairman Ampofo believed there would be a channel for his message of appreciation to be delivered to Mr.Tsikata Tsikata.
The conference saw many lawyers of the party meeting to discuss the role of lawyers towards the 2024 elections, the conference was organised under the auspices of the Party’s Legal Affairs Directoriate and was chaired by Madam Betty Mould Iddrisu and Special Guest of honor was Prof Jean Naana Opoku Agyemang
