Stonebwoy and wife Louisa Satekla have named their new baby girl after the Dancehall artist’s late mother Catherine.
The singer,known in real life as Livingstone Etse Satekla married wife Dr. Louisa in June 2017.
The couple was blessed in January with a daughter Catherine, six month after their wedding.
The name, Catherine-Jidula T. Satekla, was revealed at a well-attended naming ceremony held at the their residence.
The multiple award winning musician posted on his social media account a picture showing only the arm of the baby in a bracelet with the name Catherine engraved on it.
Stonebwoy’s mother Mrs. Catherine Satekla,died in July 2015 , at the 37 Military hospital.
His latest album, ‘Epistles of Mama’ sought to eulogize his mother with one of the songs titled, ‘Mama’.
In 2017, while performing at the BHIM Nation concert, Stonebwoy is reported to have cried when he performed a song in memory of his mother.
