The Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Samuel Dubik Mahama Esq has apologised on behalf of his workers for inaccurately billing some customers in the country.
According to him, they are making some reforms this year as we are in a digital era which has amounted to so many shortfalls on the part of their duties going against the ordinary Ghanaians, hence their apology.
Speaking in an interview with the media, he said that such blander will be rectify to suit the demands of their clients are they going to work hand in hand with his team for effective and efficient institution.
He is of the view, in as much as they have erred in carrying out their duties by exorbitantly billing some clients above their consumption ratio, they have given themselves to be pardoned by the general public for their wrongdoing, “he grieved
