The Central Regional Chairman of the NDC Professor Richard Asiedu has said that the NPP will not have their way through the Assin North by-elections like how they did in Kumawu.
Speaking to Citizen Kofi Owusu on Adekye Mu Nsem on Ahotor 92.3 He said NDC is ready and they are presenting Gyakye Quason fearlessly in the coming by-elections.
He mentioned why they are more burnt on Gyakye Quason than bringing in any other candidate despite the ruling and charges slapped on him.
Comparing Assin North to Kumawu, he said it’s a different ball game altogether because the Central Region has a swing-voting area whilst the Ashanti Region believes in my ‘’party syndrome.
He said even though it’s clear that the NDC will win, they have started and will work hard to defeat the NPP with a huge margin in the by-election.
