Don’t give room for NPPs intimidations keep going –Asiedu Nketia to Dr. Ofosu Ampofo

The National General Secretary of the NDC Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia yesterday visited the National Chairman of the NDC during his birthday celebration.

The event saw many prominent personalities from the church of Pentecost and the NDC.

Apostle Wilberforce Nkrumah Agyemang the area head of the Teshie Nungua  area branch of the Church of Pentecost, Pastor Anthony O.S Kwarteng ,Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman  and many other are some of the dignitaries who graced the occasion.

Speaking at the event, Mr Asiedu said Dr. Ampofo has come a long with the NDC in life.

Giving a brief history of his personal experience with Dr. Ampofo, he mentioned that Mr. Ofosu Ampofo has suffered a lot of critics and allegations from the NPP and he can tell that some of them had heavier weight than what he is facing toady.

On that note he urged him to stand firm on his feet solidly in progress from such allegations and keep moving forward and in doing so he will surely win.

He had some advice for Dr. Ampofo that as far as politics is concerned image tarnishing will surely set in but it shouldn’t break him.

The general secretary wished him well and prayed that he is celebrated over and over again.

Giving his take on the security agencies killing each other in the recent bullion van robbery he said the NPP should be blamed for that.

“Whoever plants plantain reaps plantain surely, and people can not be lied to”  

“When they started recruiting unqualified persons to the security agencies we told them but they will not listen, when NPP is doing something they do not consider future effect” he said.
