Earlier yesterday, the sports minister Hon. Mustapha Yusif inaugurated 7 out of 17 subcommittees to help the LOC organise the 2023 African Games.
The sports minister reiterated to them the need to effectively participate and collaborate to ensure Ghana organises not only the best African Games but also a memorable event in the history of the Games.
Hon. Mustapha Yusif also urged them to give off their all to the service of our beloved motherland as they took the oath to serve on their various committees.
The 13th edition of the African Games is expected to be held in 3 cities in Ghana the year 2023 on dates yet to be confirmed. This will be the second time in history that the games will be decentralized in a process that started in the previous edition held in Morocco. Due to this: three cities in the country were chosen for these functions Accra, Kumasi, and Cape Coast.
