Ghana’s former ambassodor to India H.E Sam Pee Yalley has warned the Akuffo Addo led administration to desist from comparing what he described as lies-riddled infrastructure projects to the great achievements of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s first president and John Dramani Mahama of the NDC.
Speaking on Ahotor fm’s morning show with Kofi Citizen, Amb. Sam Pee Yalley ridiculed what vice president Dr. Bawumiah touted within the week as unprecedented infrastructural achievements of the Akuffo Addo led government. Mr. Sam Pee indicted that what the veep touted were nothing but pack of lies and desperate attempt to appropriate projects and legacies of the John Mahama administration. The former ambassodor appeared a little infuriated by claims by some members in the current administration who consistently draw comparison between the Akuffo Addo administration and Ghana’s first President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
He indicated Dr. Nkrumah’s achievements cannot be compared to toilets and poly tank achievements of this administration led by Nana Addo as enumerated in the townhall session held by the veep.
“Nkrumah built a whole city Tema, Mortorway Factories etc what has this administration done with this huge borrowing “? he queried and concluded that Nana Addo’s administration comes no close to John Mahama or Nkrumah in all sectors of the economy.
“This is lies riddled administration and cannot be compared to Nkrumah or John Mahama because their records are stunning and superior.”
