Big spending French giants PSG to make multi-million dollar offer for Ghana star Thomas Partey

Atletico Madrid star Thomas Partey is a attracting a mouth-watering offer from French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint German.

The 24-year-old has had a good run this season with 32 La Liga appearances under his belt.

But the potential arrival of Rodrigo Hernández this summer could restrict him to few matches.
