Chairman of the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) Dr Joseph Obeng has urged the Political parties to involve them in preparation of their manifestoes.
According to the Chairman, this will help the association to reveal what will help both parties to revamp the country’s economy.
Speaking in a media interview after the address by the flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the (UPSA), Mr Obeng opined that he’s is overly excited for hearing the vice president that he will ensure compliance to revenue collection and it a flat rate which to him will minimize the burden of the traders in the country.
He is of the view that, their doors are open to every political party as we are in the political season. He said they are there to make sure their demands are met in favour of their members.
He finally admonished that situation where the parties brings their manifestoes to them without their input will not be tolerated anymore, “he stressed
