The Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) Samuel Dubik Mahama has added up to the Trades Union Congress (TUC) suggestion that the 15% VAT on electricity should be looked at properly and consensus building is the way to go.
According to him, if they are to charge Ghanaians base on their consumption and the money which is a big challenge and it will not be fair because ones consumption can be known after using the credit.
