There is a need for all Ghanaians to intensify, social and political advocacy to fight for our course as a citizen to put our governments on their toes.
The political leadership and national consciousness are going down and this has left a lot of social responsibility on the part of our leaders and attended. Amandzeba Nat Brew a Ghanaian highlife artist discloses this on Adekyee Mu Nsem’s morning show in Accra on Ahotor FM 92.3.
He said patriotism is a basic requirement for nation-building. We as Ghanaians must rally around the national call in a form of advocacy to speak to the ills of the country that can bring good governance and national cohesion fighting for our rights for development.
In his opinion, he is of the view that there is a need for a personal call to all Ghanaians to a level of national consciousness which he thinks can be a tool for national development.
Amandzeba Nat Brew reiterated that the seven years national development plan of the late president Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah is still relevant as it is today, since his leadership as a Pan Africanist, was forthright with national development and has brought a lot of successes in the global political stage as a true leader of Africa.
Speaking to the major event on Muziki Pan-Afrikana; an annual event branded to awaken Pan-Africans and to move to task for the development of our motherland; he said the event is a platform for Pan-African voices to speak to national awareness and the ills affecting the continent of Africa and our dear country Ghana.
He opines that the event which comes off on the 9th of October 2023 at Laboma Beach Resort will be a festival structured to entertain and to leave an indelible mark on the minds of all who get the opportunity to be there.
Touching on Dr. Nkrumah as a true Pan-Africanist, he reiterated that, Dr. Nkrumah is the face of Africa and the black world.
Mentioning the former president of the United States of America Obama who espouses the laurels of the founder of our dear country Ghana and he thinks we have to use his name as a brand and a product to flash the world, with our heritage, identity, and culture as huge currency in the tourism industry.
