Ghanaian professional football manager Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin, who currently coaches the Ghana national U-23 team, has expressed his ambition to help his local team, Aduana Stars, improve on their previous achievements.
Fabin believes that the goal of any new manager is to enhance the team’s performance in all aspects.
“For any manager that goes to a team, the aim is to improve upon the position”
He emphasized the need for Aduana Stars to surpass their previous position in the league and expressed confidence that with the cooperation and support of all team members, they can achieve this target.
Fabin stated, “With everyone cooperating and helping I think maybe we can move a little bit higher than the previous position, that is our aim”.
Fabin is determined to lead the team to new heights and believes that with determination and the maximum support from everyone involved, they can improve on their position in the league.
