The General Secretary of the Ghana football association, Lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo has debunked anyone who expressed that the GFA wants a coach they can manipulate.
In an exclusive interview, he expressed that it is an institutional statement on the Ghana Football Association and any coach that might be appointed as the black star head coach
” Anybody who says that the person should know that the statement is insulting the Ghana Football Association and to whoever coach they are talking about. Honestly, all coaches appointed by the FA are mature people and these coaches are very decisive and can not be manipulated. I have worked here over the years, and I have never seen a brainless coach here”.
“Sometimes coaches deploy strategies or tactics that do not work in a game or opponents’ tactics are superior, that doesn’t mean the coach is brainless. No one will manipulate anyone”. – he added.
This statement of manipulation was first heard from the Member of Parliament for the Ningo Prampram, Sam George when asked who will be appointed as the Coach of Black stars.
Ghana Football Association is still headhunting for a new coach for the black stars after the exit of the former coach Otoo Addo.
