Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfielder Mudasiru Salifu has been clarified to play in the next league game against Karela United as genuine match records from Asante Kotoko have proven different from the GFA’s erroneous report.
The industrious midfielder has only been booked twice this season in the games against GoldStars and XI Wonders respectively.
The Ghana Football Association earlier reported on their website that Mudasiru Salifu and Richmond Lamptey will miss the next games due to accumulated yellow cards but shortly edited the news after Asante Kotoko begrudged the fake story with correct data.
Asante Kotoko plays Karela at Anyinase in the week 5 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
The Porcupines are yet to drop a point in the league having won all four games under new coach Prosper Narteh
