The National Chairman of NDC Hon Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has insisted the NDC will do everything possible to defend the victory of the National Democratic Congress and H. E John Dramani Mahama in the just ended elections and no amount of intimidations, military brutalities, rigging by the Jean Mensah led EC will stop the party from seeking Justice. He revealed the party will do everything possible defend the victory chalked on December 7th which under some weired circumstances been declared for Akuffo Addo by Jean Mensah.
“It’s clear Akuffo Addo didn’t win this elections but Jean Mensah has fraudulently declared it for him, trust me, we shall defend the victory of John Dramani Mahama and the NDC and nothing will stop us”
Addressing a large at Ablekuma South Constituency, the NDC’s National Chairman assured the teaming supporters of the party not to give up, according to him, the party’s leadership will do everything within the law to ensure the monumental fraud committed by Jean Mensah and the EC is reversed !
“As we speak, our General Secretary and his team are in Techiman doing everything possible to ensure the Techiman South seat and that of Sene are declared for the NDC, we won the two seats and nobody will take it from us and other places they using the military to steal from us, we will protect your votes ” “he disclosed.
He also used the occasion to thank the people of Greater Accra for voting massively for change by giving the NDC majority of the parliamentary seats in the region.
He assured NDC supporters across the globe and all Ghanaians who voted for change to rally behind the NDC in its quest to reverse what many have described as “travesty of Justice “.
