Match day 10 of the 2024/2025 Ghana premier league saw Hearts of Oak record a win together with inform Nations FC. Meanwhile Asante Kotoko and Medeama’s poor run continued.

On Friday, Hearts of Oak took on newly promoted Vision FC at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium. With Hearts of Oak dominating play it was just a matter lf time for the first blood to be drawn. Mawuli Wayo’s brilliant form saw him register what was to be the only goal in the game. It ended Hearts of Oak 1-0 Vision FC.
On Saturday, Dreams F.C brought an end to a winless run with a narrow 1-0 win against Medeama. Skipper Joseph Esso converted brilliantly from the spot to condemn the away side to back to back defeat.
On Sunday, Asante Kotoko fell short against Bechem United at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park. Kofi Tompuo’s long range strike separated both sides after full time. The victory was Bechem United’s first win in their last three matches.
Elswhere, Seidu Abubakari scored the only for Samartex in their 1-0 win over Legon Cities. At Nana Agyeman Badu Park, Aduana recorded a hard fought win over Karela United courtesy Gideon Boateng.
At the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, Nations FC recorded an emphatic 3-0 win over Nsoatreman FC. Top scorer Faisal Charwetay bagged a brace for the home side. Meanwhile Accra Lions secured a narrow win against Basake Holy Stars.
At Wenchi, Young Apostles were held by Aduana Stars to a 0-0 draw at home. In a game of two halves both teams failed to kiss the back of the net.
Bibiani Goldstars maintain their lead at the top with 20 points. Legon Cities are last on the league log with
8 points.
