We are Unable to Score Goals due to Lack of Strikers in the team-Bechem United CEO Laments
Bechem United’s CEO, Mr Kingsley Owusu Bonsu has voiced concerns over the team’s inability to score goals this season, attributing it to the dearth of effective strikers in the squad.
The team’s performance has been marred by a notable struggle to convert opportunities into goals, reflecting a pressing issue that needs to be addressed.
In an interview on another platform, “Agama” as affectionately called highlighted the critical role that strikers play in shaping the outcome of matches and expressed disappointment over the team’s reliance on other positions to fill the void in scoring. The absence of prolific goal-scorers especially Augustine Okra has evidently hindered Bechem United’s ability to compete effectively in the 2023-24 league season and other competitions.
Moreover, “Agama” acknowledging the deficiency of the club , he is committed to sign a foreign based prolific striker to solve the goal scoring problem. As the season progresses, Bechem United’s management will likely intensify efforts to strengthen the squad, particularly in the striking department.
Bechem United lies on the 6th position with 38 points after playing 25 games with 1 match outstanding.
