The national security call for a frame work to guide in all our communications on our media platforms, academian and civil society organization can sometimes amount to coup threats; is unfortunate and rather misinforming the public.
According Security Expert Richard Kumado, Hon. Minister of Interio Albert Kan-Dapaah, position was just rather misinformation to the public without showing in his statement what catually amounts to it.
Speaking on the Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show Ahotor FM 92.3 hosted Citizen Kofi Owusu.
He is of the view that, the government can never pinpoint any statement in their custody with all the interlligence can speak out and battress what actually amounts to coup.
He futher reiterated that, at the seat of the presidency, the government social media and communication outfit should come out and pinpoint what are tha facts leading to unreserved comments from all media platforms and social media handles thata mounts to cooup comments.
Richard Kumado, opined that this is just an attempt to gag the media and the social media platforms where the public and citizens are using for content, business and other forms of communication tool for national development.
He is of the view that, government must be very careful in charting a cause where if care is not taken it can bring the country into a standstill. Since a lot of countries which try’s to go on this tangent brings a lot of citizen revolts and distabilastion of the state.
The cyber space has become a huge traffic which forms part of our social, business, economic and polical platform where controlling it will lead to confusion and its very difficult to control misinformation and disinformation speed way which has come to stay with us.
