The Assin North by-election is underway as voters cast their votes in the Assin North Constituency of the Central Region.
The hotly contested by-election will see Mr Gyakye Quayson come up against Charles Opoku of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), and Bernice Enyonam Sefenu of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG).
According to reports from our Central Regional correspondent Akosua Akyere Kumiwaa, Ahotor News is gathering a man supposed to be a Soldier man has been arrested when he was seen wearing a T-shirt of the ruling NPP party beneath his uniform.
