After a close match that ended in a 1-0 loss, the Black Star Queens coach emphasises the position aspects of the squad’s performance. She said the team stayed upbeat, and even though they gave up a goal from a set piece, the players showed excitement and teamwork.
In an interview with the Black Star Queen coach Nora,
She said, of course, in the end, we need to score out of these many chances. The conceded goal against it is that it’s a set piece where we play in the opponent’s foot and get a transition. But normally, we should win this game by a 3-1 or 4-1 score line.
Nora stated she thinks the players showed a lot of value and teamwork. The passion was there to win the game, but one single error, a high level, and we lost this game 1-0.
The coach of the queen Nora Hauptle ends by saying,
” The crew is nonetheless upbeat about the next challenge even though the final result might not have fully reflected their efforts. They are confident in changing the tide and winning in the following 90 minutes which will advance them to the Olympics qualification round”.
