Founder and Leader of All People’s Congress (APC) Hon Hassan Ayariga has indicated that the people of Ghana are voting for leaders with more money than brains to solve the problems and challenges of the country for better lives.
According to him, we have been duped as a nation because of the leaders we choose at election time.
He said the people of Ghana are practically destroying the country because we don’t choose good leaders.
Speaking in a one-on-one interview monitored by @Ahotoronline.com, he said all the people who win elections on the ticket of NDC and NPP as a result of monetization of political victory have turned the country’s democracy upside down.
Hassan Ayariga called NDC and NPP members as businessmen and a group of people who have put their resources together to do business with Ghana. So, they’re doing a political business transaction with Ghana.
According to him, people in both NDC and NPP have built themselves more than the country and are selling government properties to themselves.
He emphasized that government is losing its properties and politicians are gaining the properties of government and that is a bad precedent for our country.
He called on Ghanaians to ask themselves a lot of questions about why the country is still like this after so many years of independence.
