According to the Member of Parliament (MP) for Dome-Kwabenya constituency in the Greater Accra region, Hon Lawyer Sarah Adwoa Safo, members of the constituency have already forgiven her for her past disappointment.
Speaking to the media after passing through a vetting process, she said everything that happened in the past has been explained by her to the NPP delegates and the people of her constituency and therefore, she is confident of maintaining the seat for the elephant party come 2024.
Delegates in the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) in various constituencies across the country are to go to the polls come January 27 to elect parliamentary candidates ahead of the general elections on Dec7.
Lawyer Adwoa Safo is been contested again by the CEO of Free Zones Hon Mike Oquaye Junior and one other person in the Dome-Kwabenya constituency on come 27 of this month.
We wait to see who wins this time as Oquaye Jnr lost to Adwoa Safo in 2019.
