Black Stars playmaker, Kudus Mohammed has secured his second Dutch Eredivisie title with Ajax Amsterdam.
Ajax Amsterdam lifted their 36th association title in a dramatic hammering of SC Heerenveen 5-0 in their match-week 34 experience at the Johan Cruijff Arena.
