Ghana Premier League star Lawrence Agyekum has opened up on his dream to play for German outfit Borussia Dortmund in the future.
In an interview on Ahotor Agorokansie, the 17 year old believes that with his style of play and the philosophy of Dortmund, it is more of a perfect match for him.
“I will love to play Dortmund in the future. It’s my dream. My style of play and that of Dortmund’s philosophy is a perfect fit and they are also known for developing players”, he said.
Agyekum had an excellent form for the Academy Boys last season and that has put their mother club RB Salzburg and other top European clubs on red alert.
According to him clubs have expressed interest in signing the midfield dynamo and he is likely not to complete the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.
“I have received offers from RB Salzburg and other European clubs and am still weighing the offers with my agent. We will make a decision very soon and am likely not to complete the upcoming 2021-22 season in Ghana”
Agyekum featured 29 times for WAFA in the just ended GPL season coupled with netting five times and registering two assists for WAFA.
