AMPEM DARKOA LADIES ARE POISED TO FACE OFF IN THE CAF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IN 2023

Ampem Darkoa Ladies of Ghana have been drawn in Group B for this year’s CAF Women’s Champions League.

Following the draw held on October 9 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, the stage is set for an exciting clash in the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League.

The Techiman-based team will face defending Moroccan champions ASFAR Club, Huracanes Football Club of Equatorial Guinea, and AS Mande of Mali.

Ampem Darkoa clinched the top spot after winning the 2023 WAFU B Women’s Champions League qualifications in Nigeria earlier this year.

The third season of the CAF Women’s Champions League in 2023 promises strong competition as the greatest women’s association football clubs from throughout Africa battle for gold. Notably, the winners of this competition will be guaranteed a place in the next edition.

The fourth edition of the event will be held in Ivory Coast from November 5 to 19, 2023. Following Hasaacas Ladies’ participation in the inaugural edition in 2021, they will be the second Ghanaian team to compete in the CAF Women’s Champions League.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies take the dreams of Ghana on their shoulders, striving to make their country proud on the great stage of this important tournament.
