A Banking consultant, Richard Atuahene has said it is high time parliament summons the finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta to parliament over the expenditure of the actual allocated amount the Government used in clearing the defunct banking sector.
According to Mr. Atuahene, in baking, they deal with figures but that is what the finance minister is unable to do.
