The GFA is committed to ensuring ghana qualifies for AFCON 2023 – GFA General Secretary
The General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, Lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo has expressed that the football Association is committed to ensuring Ghana qualifies for the AFCON -23.
In an interview with another platform, Lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo emphasized that the coaches have been working behind the scenes and the association is working closely with the technical team as well as the playing body to seek for qualification for the upcoming AFCON.
” The technical team is working, for most people its only when the leagues come to an end, thats when they think the coaches are working but they have been working, having a constant communications with the players, they have been monitoring them and they have been following them. Both Didi Dramani, George Boateng and even Chris Hughton himself are monitoring players everywhere. They have been engaging them and talking to their medical teams and their coaches as well, so when the time for the squad list is out , we will see the work they have done at the background and we proceed from there.”
Ghana Black stars will play their last Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against Central African Republic on 7th September 2023 at exactly 4:00 pm in Ghana.
