Founder and Leader of the Christ Miracle Life Chapel Bishop Sabaina Dovi have associated social media with to rise in the number of divorce cases in Ghana.
The powerful Woman of God popularly known as Bishop Mama SaBB is of the view that, social media has its own spiritual backing and some of its negative effects is the collapsing of marriages so that men can men and women too can marry women.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Church’s 11th anniversary thanksgiving celebrations themed “Praise the Lord oh my soul”, Bishop Mama SaBB said “Social Media is collapsing marriages and we seem not to be aware, somebody will be posting fake things about his or her marriage on the internet and someone will be jealous and want same”
“This my Bishop dress am wearing, let me put it on social media right now somebody will do whatever he or she can to wear some but doesn’t know how I got mine”
“my husband gives me 1000GH chop money every day and someone will see it online and will be demanding the same chop money from her husband,” she told Ahotor 92.3 FM‘s reporter Emmanuel Romeo Tetteh.
She advised women to be submissive to their husbands as the bible says it is the duty of a Man to love his Woman, and it’s the duty of the woman to be submissive to her husband.
“At times I hear some ladies saying I love you to their husbands, it is not right because that’s not what the bible is saying, leave the loving duty to the men and be submissive no man will like his wife being bossy on him”.
The Christ Miracle Life Chapel Leader threw a word of caution to the youth, especially the ladies who expose their bodies on the internet.
“This world you see it like this not everyone has a good eye so the moment a lady will dress and expose her belly and walks through town, a spirit can marry you and you would never marry even if you should, you will never be happy”
“My heart breaks when I see ladies with only panties on the internet, I asked where are their parents. Why are they allowing them to dress like this on the internet? She said.
The Christ Miracle Life Chapel celebrated its 11 anniversary in A colorful Thanksgiving service at the Church’s premises located at Community 22 Annex in the Tema Central Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
Themed “Praise the Lord oh my soul”, Church members joined their Leader, together with the church elders thanked the Lord for how far He has brought the church.
The Women’s Fellowship did a play on the story of the beginning of the Christ Miracle Life Chapel.
Smart Children from the Sunday School of the Church impressed the auditorium with their off-head bible quotations as some also took the opportunity to use the altar as a runway to exhibit their modeling talents by cat walking.
As part of the celebrations, Bishop Sabaina ordained 4 junior pastors to start their journey in Christ as Reverend Ministers.
