Former National Chairman of the NDC Hon Samuel Ofosu Ampofo’s late mother’s funeral is slated for 29th March, 2023 in Koforidua in the eastern region.
The late Mother of Hon Samuel Ofosu Ampofo Mary Gyawubea Badu sad demise occurred in 2022.
The family of late Mary Gyawubea Badu announced to the general public activities marking the final funeral rites commencing from March 29th to April 1st 2023.
At the birthday event of Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, he appealed to MTN Ghana to build a library in his mother’s hometown in remembrance of her death. This was after MTN surprised the CEO of Universal Multimedia Company Limited for being loyal to one of the world’s Telecommunication giant in the country.
During a Presentation of recognition award to Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo by the NDC Professional Forum at their 5th Anniversary celebrations in Accra. Former President John Mahama after exoling the virtues of Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo called on NDC members and Ghanaians to mourn with Hon Samuel Ofosu Ampofo as he prepares to laid his mother to rest.
Mary Gyawubea Badu, 84, died on Monday, October 31, at the Koforidua Regional Hospital after a short illness.
