Kumasi Asante Kotoko has terminated the contract of their former captain, Ishmail Abdul Ganiyu, Opemsuo Radio reports.
According to Opemsuo Radio, “from Kotoko’s end, the contract has been terminated,”.
Ganiyu, according to reports, wrote to the club to terminate his contract and later changed his mind after holding talks with the club.
The defender was left home when the club travelled to Sudan for their preseason.
The former Karela defender, per reports, made demands that the club is unlikely to meet.
