The Ghana Football Association’s safety and security committee have confirmed a special security arrangement for four selected games in the Division One League (DOL) this weekend, end.

Tema Youth versus Kotoku Royals and Susubribi SC versus Liberty Professionals in Zone 3 have been selected for special security and monitoring.

All clubs in these clashes except Susubribi have a chance to qualify from the Zone to the Ghana Premier League next season. 

Two games from Zone 1, the Bono derby between Nsoatreman FC and Unity FC and the clash between Tamale City and Bolga All-Stars at the Aliu Mahama Stadium have also been selected for special attention and monitoring.

The arrangement is part of a special security arrangement put together by the GFA to ensure a safer football environment as the league enters its last match week.

The Fa has also directed match officials and commissioners to ensure that all games begin simultaneously at 3 PM.
