Power Minds Youth Ghana has given a free makeup training skills to 39 youths in Ashaiman. The 9days training is to equip youths that are interested in cosmetology to have a skill to depend on.
Speaking to the Executive Director of Power Minds Youth Ghana Madam Benedicta Bandai she said the free training is to help the needy youth that are not able to afford the training fees.
She notes that this is the first of it’s kind and is hoping to extend to other regions if given the needed support.
Meanwhile the Chief of Ashaiman Nii Annan Adjor who supported the program encouraged the youth to involve themselves in skills training. He also asked churches and other organizations to encourage the youth to acquire skills training.
Some of the beneficiary trainees also expressed their heart felt gratitude to the organisers of the program and how is going to impact their lives.
