‘Agenda for JOBS’ now ‘agenda for STEALING’- APLUS calls NPP ‘Akronfoɔ’

Controversial musician and member of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame Aplus has lashed out at the Akufo-Addo government over failed promises.

Commenting on Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah’s declaration that government did not promise to build factories but rather they promised to collaborate with the private sector.

“In collaboration with the private sector, the NPP will implement the one-district-one-factory initiative. Sometimes we come across people who make the argument that the NPP said, it will build factories at all districts but our manifesto commitment is clear,’’ Mr Nkrumah said.

But APlus said the government must fulfill its manifesto promises without any excuses.

“Collaboration does not mean you didn’t promise to build factories in every district in Ghana. The 2016 manifesto was “An Agenda For Jobs.” Me diɛ, to be honest you tried for me small pɛ. When you came to power you gave me a contract so that I will keep quite. 3 months noorrr you realised that my stomach is not connected to my brain so you took your contract. I don’t care koraaa. I didn’t know it was an agenda for stealing. Akronfoɔ ” he posted on facebook.

“As President of the Ghana National Association of Talkatives, even if you dash me Bank of Ghana I will still talk when things are not right.” My stomach is not connected to my brain like your conformist and bootlicker. If you give, me I will talk. If you don’t give me, I will talk. So if you like don’t give me koraaa. I will survive ” he added.

If you can’t build the factories as promised just tell the people and stop shifting the goalposts. This statement by the minister is pure disrespect and betrayal of trust….’
