The Central Conga District NADMO Manager, Mr. Mohammed Mustapha is blaming the management of Bui Power Authority for the ripping effect of flooding of residents of Buipe in the savanna region.
It comes as hundreds of residents including children and women were left stranded as flood waters took over homes following the spillage of the Bui Dam. According to affected residents, every year they faced such challenges but this year has been very severe leaving them devastated.
Meanwhile, the NADMO Manager Mr. Mohammed Mustapha is blaming the Bui Authority for not putting in proper measures before the spillage.
