The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Sammy Gyamfi has described the NPP candidate for the Assin North by-election Charles Opoku as a Political Prostitute.
Speaking with journalists at Assin North, Sammy Gyamfi alleged that Charles Opoku approached the NDC leadership to ignore James Gyakye Quayson and choose him to represent the party in the by-election when Supreme Court ordered the name of Gyakye Quayson to be expunged from Parliament.
“Charles Opoku is a Political Prostitute, he came to us to drop James Gyakye Quayson for him but we didn’t, I can show you WhatsApp messages evidence, he has no credibility,” he said.
