Former Samatex and Karela United coach Bismark Kobi-Mensah have joined Accra-based Great Olympics on a short-term contract.
Great Olympics recently parted ways with Yaw Preko due to poor performance in the league and occupies the 11th position with 23 points, 9 points difference between the league leaders Aduana stars (32) after the first round.
In an interview, The black Galaxies Assistant Coach confirmed that he officially joined Accra Great Olympics on Thursday 16th February 2023 and runs till the end of the season on a short-term contract with the Olympic boys.
“After the CHAN Tournament in Algeria with the black galaxies, I decided to upgrade my knowledge in IT coaching but suddenly I have to change my plans and join the great Olympics”. he said.
Coach Bismark Kobby Mensah will officially be in charge of Great Olympics in their 2nd match against Accra Hearts of Oak in the second round of the Betpawa Premier League.
