24-Hour Economy: Ignore Maurice Ampaw he lacks home sense – Certified Economist

Certified Economist Bernard Oduro Takyi (BOT) has described Lawyer Maurice Ampaw as someone who lacks home sense over his comments made on the 24-hour Economy Policy proposal by John Mahama.

The 2024 NDC flagbearer sparked debate in the political space with a promise to implement a 24-hour economy policy when voted into power.

The policy has been opposed by some sections of Ghanaians with some notable names like the Vice President of the Republic Dr.Bawumia.

Pro NPP legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw is of the view that witches and spiritualists in Ghana should rise against NDC Presidential candidate John Mahama the policy as it will affect their schedules.

Speaking on Wontumi TV, the lawyer said John Mahama wants to destroy the work of witches and spiritualists in the country because he knows these people operate at night.

According to him, witches and spirits operate at night when everyone is asleep so if John Mahama coles with his 24-hour economy policy, they can’t operate because people will be up and working in the night.

Reacting to Maurice Ampaw’s comments, Mr. Oduro Takyi told the Ahotor newsroom that Maurice Ampaw is a lawyer with no home sense.

Bernard Oduro Takyi encouraged the witches to vote for John Mahama as the 24-hour Economy could help the fly in shifts.
