Akufo-Addo lacks any meaningful legacy for people to take pride in – Buem MP

Kofi Adams, the Member of Parliament for Buem Constituency, expressed that President Akufo-Addo doesn’t have any legacy to make people proud. According to him, Akufo-Addo is just trying to hide his wrongdoings against the country, which is why he doesn’t want to pass the baton to John Mahama.

Recently, President Akufo-Addo, at a small gathering in Doboro, warned that electing former President John Dramani Mahama could undo the progress made during his tenure and change the country’s direction.

In response, Mr. Mahama made it clear that he doesn’t intend to continue Akufo-Addo’s legacy of corruption, poor governance, and arrogance. The NDC candidate stated, “I won’t protect your ‘legacy’ of corruption, bad governance, arrogance, incompetence, economic collapse, rising unemployment, and pushing more people into poverty.”

In an interview with Citizen Kofi Owusu on Ahotor 92.3 FM‘s ‘AdeKyee Mu Nsem‘, Hon. Adams supported former President Mahama’s stance, calling the current administration the most ineffective in the country’s history. He urged Ghanaians to vote out the NPP to protect the country’s interests.
