John Mahama will never continue your legacy of destroying judges’ residences to build the national cathedral – Dela Edem tells Akufo-Addo

Dela Edem, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s National Communications Team, criticized President Akufo-Addo, calling him wicked and devoid of any positive legacy for continuation. He particularly condemned the destruction of judges’ residences to make room for the construction of the national cathedral, labeling it as nonsensical.

Dela Edem emphasized that John Mahama would never perpetuate such actions as part of his legacy.

During an interview on Ahotor 92.3 FM‘s ‘Simpieso‘ with host Emmanuel Martey, Dela Edem asserted that Akufo-Addo should face prosecution for squandering funds on the incomplete national cathedral project. He argued that the President’s legacy lacked any meaningful achievements that Ghanaians could take pride in.

Meanwhile, President Akufo-Addo, speaking at a small gathering in Doboro, cautioned against electing former President John Dramani Mahama, suggesting that it could reverse the progress made during his administration and alter the nation’s trajectory.

Responding to this, Mahama emphasized his disinterest in perpetuating Akufo-Addo’s legacy of corruption, ineffective governance, and arrogance.

Dela Edem urged Ghanaians to vote out the ruling NPP in the 2024 general elections, accusing them of mismanaging the country. He proposed the NDC and John Dramani Mahama as the superior alternative.
