There is too much Politics in RTU – Lord Zico revealed
The Bankroller of Bechem United Kingsley Owusu Achiaw “affectionately called Lord Zico”, has brought to light that there is an overwhelming presence of politics within the Real Tamale United football club that has landed the club in its current crisis.
Sharing his opinion on the present happenings in the club , Lord Zico emphasized that excessive involvement of politics with the RTU has adversely affected the clubs ability to focus on its primary objective – achieving success on the football pitch.
Real Tamale United club is struggling financially to pay off salary of the playing body as well as the technical team for some months now and its reflecting on the performance of the club, but Lord Zico pleaded with the club Management do their best to pay the players.
Real Tamale United will travel to Kpando to face Kpando Hearts of Lions in the Ghana Premier League Matchday 20. RTU lies at the bottom on the league log with 19 points after playing 19 games with 5 wins , 3 draws and 11 losses.
