  1. Stephen Yakubu: The current Upper East Regional Minister will transition to become the Upper West Regional Minister.
  2. Hafiz Bin Salih: The incumbent Upper West Regional Minister will assume the role of Upper East Regional Minister.

This decision, communicated through a statement signed by the Presidency’s Communications Director, Eugene Arhin, underscores President Akufo-Addo’s commitment to ensuring efficient governance nationwide.

The President has charged the newly appointed ministers with the responsibility of prioritizing the welfare and development of the people in their respective regions.
