Political marketer and University of Ghana Business School lecturer Prof. Kobby Mensah expressed optimism regarding Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang’s impact on the National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s chances in the 2024 general elections. He believes that Prof. Opoku Agyemang brings renewed hope for the party’s success.

Prof. Mensah emphasized that the NDC’s running mate possesses a strong determination that could tilt the scales in their favor against their rivals. He noted that Prof. Opoku Agyemang’s unveiling has injected a new vigor into the party’s campaign.

The official introduction of Prof. Opoku Agyemang as the NDC’s presidential running mate for the December 2024 elections occurred at the Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium, University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), on Wednesday, April 24.

In an interview on Ahotor 92.3 FM, Prof. Mensah stressed the urgent need for trustworthy and inspiring leadership in Ghana. He underscored the pivotal nature of the next four years for the country’s future and the necessity for prompt action to drive progress.

Prof. Mensah asserted that Prof. Opoku Agyemang’s selection signals a readiness within the NDC to think innovatively and utilize the best available human resources to secure victory in the elections.

Despite Prof. Opoku Agyemang’s outward composure, Prof. Mensah observed a fierce determination in her demeanor during her official introduction, indicating her strong commitment to the party’s cause.
